How much of the proceeds go to Shelters?

We dedicate 10% of net profits to no kill shelters. The money goes towards the protection, prevention, and care of sheltered animals, and awareness of euthanasia. We have donated $600,000 since 2015!

What is your return policy?

You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please keep the receipt. Your refund will be processed to the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

If you would like to make an exchange, we will accept an exchange as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will either issue store credit for what was spent upon arrival or we will process the exchange for you.

Refunds take approximately 3-5 business days to process and may take longer depending on your financial institution. Refunds for orders that used AfterPay may also take longer to process.

Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.

-International returns are at customers expense. If you are unsure of what size to order please contact us via email at help@pawz.com and we would be happy to assist you in choosing a size. 

What if my item is returned to sender?

Our customer service team will reach out to you via email or by telephone to confirm the correct shipping address and reissue your order.

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

Unfortunately we only allow one discount code per order. 

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date, and we would be happy to resolve the issue for you. 

I love my new shirt! How should I wash it?

Please wash in cold water with like colors.

Will you have more designs, sizes, and styles in the future?

Yes, we are always coming up with designs and special collections.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do!

Where is your company located?

Pawz is located in Canton, Ohio

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders ship out from our facility within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Any orders placed Friday - Sunday will not ship until Monday and Tuesday. Once orders are picked up by our courier they will arrive to the shipping address within 2-5 business days. Note that during the busy holiday shopping season, production and shipping may experience delays. 

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes! After you have placed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with tracking information attached. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes of course! All orders are shipped through DHL and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay!

How do your shirts fit?

Many of our products offer adult unisex sizing unless otherwise specified in the product description. If a size chart is needed please reach out to us via email at help@pawz.com and our team will happily assist you.

Will my card be charged when I order?

All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Do you cover any customs fees set by our country?

Pawz does not cover any additional fees/costs/tariffs that your country may require.
